The tooling workshop at TEREKALMAZ JSC is a center for advanced technologies and precision manufacturing. It produces precision diamond rollers, pencils, combs, and special tooling. It consists of modern assembly, mechanical, and electroplating sections, laboratories, and a design and engineering bureau. Of particular importance is the thermoconstant section, where the final processing and certification of rollers is carried out with an accuracy of 2-3 microns thanks to unique equipment. The measuring laboratory checks profiles, shapes, and surfaces, ensuring the high quality of each part. This workshop is a symbol of engineering precision and innovation.

The production facility employs 126 experienced professionals, many of whom began their careers in the Soviet Union, implementing the ruling instrument at «Kamaz» and «AvtoVAZ». For example, Aslanbi Aslanbekovich Abidov has been working here since its foundation. We pass on our experience to young people, training them at institutes in Moscow and St. Petersburg so that they can become highly skilled specialists.
