«Terekalmaz JSC» has been producing synthetic polycrystalline diamonds ARS-3 and ARS-4 (sintered type) since 1977. Currently, ARS-4 grinding powders with a grain size ranging from 2000/1600 to 500/400 microns and sintered blanks of arbitrary geometric shapes with linear dimensions of 4*4 mm (cylinder, cube, truncated cone, rod, etc.) are produced.

Good physical and mechanical properties and fairly high heat resistance allow these diamonds to be used in the manufacture of various tools on metal bonds for work in particularly harsh conditions. This includes cutting and processing natural stone, concrete, building materials, grinding wheel dressing, drilling medium-hard rocks, including for oil and gas.

Since 1988, the plant has been producing single-crystal diamond grinding powders of various grades in accordance with GOST 9206-80. These include AS4–AS6 for the manufacture of tools with organic, ceramic, and metal binders used in the processing of hard alloys, glass, porcelain, ceramics, including for honing hardened steels and cast iron.

AC15 - AC32, which are used for grinding, cutting, and drilling natural stone, reinforced concrete, refractories, glass, leucosapphire, ruby, and other hard materials.
AC50 - AC80 - diamonds for tools operating at higher specific loads. Processing, cutting, drilling of natural stones of increased hardness, quartz glass, corundum, dressing.

Based on the grinding powders and micro powders produced, both synthetic and natural, diamond paste is manufactured for finishing, lapping, and polishing the surfaces of various products made of metals, alloys, and hard non-metallic materials (semiconductors, semi-precious and precious stones, etc.).

«Terekalmaz» JSC produces diamond pastes with a paste-like consistency that can be washed off with organic solvents (O) and water (W), made from natural and synthetic diamonds.
