Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting an application on the website https://terekalmaz.ru using the form «If you have any questions, please contact us», «Become a partner», «Respond to a job vacancy» acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, as well as confirming their legal capacity, gives their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent) to the limited liability company JSC “Terekalmaz” (TIN: 0705000017 mail@terekalmaz.ru, +7 86632 41-176, 41-687, 41-171, 42-217), which owns the website https://terekalmaz.ru and is registered at 361202, Terek, Tatueva St., 1, KBR, Russia, under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation tools.
2. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: personal data not belonging to a special category of personal data or to biometric personal data: Name, email address, mobile phone number.
3. Purpose of personal data processing: providing feedback for further communication and consultation.
4. During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
5. Personal data is transferred to third parties on the basis of Russian Federation legislation, an agreement involving the personal data subject, or with the consent of the personal data subject. The user gives their consent to the possible transfer of their personal data to third parties.
6. Personal data is processed for 30 days after we finish talking about your question or after we get your consent to process your personal data, according to parts 4-5 of Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, whichever happens first. If we sign a contract, we'll keep processing your personal data under the contract.
7. Consent may be revoked by you or your representative by sending JSC “Terekalmaz” a written statement or electronic statement marked “Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data,” signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of electronic signatures, to the address indicated at the beginning of the Consent.
8. If you or your representative withdraw your consent, JSC “Terekalmaz” has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
This consent shall remain in effect until the processing of personal data specified in clauses 6 and 7 of the Consent is terminated.
